One evening back in 2022 I ventured into my local pub/restaurant and my curiosity was drawn by a small A6 flyer headed Eden People Wellbeing & Spirituality, feeling low and lost at that time after a life crisis it came as a bizarrely serendipitous signpost.
Being somewhat New Age in my spiritual beliefs I read the flyer with great interest realising it was offering far more than what I first assumed as just another Wellbeing Mental Health group, it’s a safe empowering and gentle group of souls, non-judgmental, open minded to the needs of others by listening and positively supporting all and anyone.
Very rarely do I actually look forward to social group meetings but this is an exception and frankly would be delighted if it was more often, I would highly recommend a visit, you’ll be back!
