Body Blessing @ Solar Sisters

This coming THURSDAY 17th February we are hosting a one-off Body Blessing & Positive Postures Session at the wonderful Solar Sisters shop in central Guildford. The session will run for 1.50hrs and lead by Colin who created the sessions.

Starting at 6.30pm this session has a donation cost of £5.00 and booking is made via the Solar Sisters Shop: solarsistersuk@gmail.com / 07944770189 / visit 86 North Street GU14AU.

Join us again or for the first time to experience this body positive, immersive and relaxing activity. Something slightly different in regards to style of meditation; some which will be guided, others reflective / reflecting on images, objects, some may be creative and others will be tactile as we engage the senses, body, mind and spirit. Grant Award for Eden People

We are pleased to announce a grant award to us for our continued community work here in #Guildford

This will enable us to do much more of our work within the community; looking after peoples’ Body, Mind & Spirit through wellbeing activities, gatherings and participation at events. Body Blessing Sessions are now happening

Just to let you know that we are now running regular Body Blessing & Positive Posture Sessions in the Guildford area. These are usually on a Wednesday evening, an hours duration, free or donation cost. The venue has a beautiful feel and free parking. To find out more drop a message: edenpeople@edenpeople.org.uk

Booking is essential to manage group size and activity. These sessions have been found to be beneficial to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. They are body & image positive, with key focus on positive thinking especially about the individual participant. No experience or special clothing required. Come and join us, you would be so welcome. Funding Award For Body Blessing & Positive Postures Sessions

We have received a Magic Little Grant through the partnership between Localgiving and Postcode Society
Trust. Postcode Society Trust is a grant-giving charity funded by players of the People’s Postcode Lottery.
Localgiving is the UK’s leading membership and support network for local charities and community
groups. Our project received £500 towards running our Body Blessing & Positive Postures Sessions over the coming months. This grant is welcome to help in running these important sessions especially as we come out of lockdown and a tough year for many people. SpiritSpace Online Gathering Sunday 4th April

On the first Sundays of each month, SpiritSpace will open up for meditative and creative “main room” events as well as individual spiritual encounters in “breakout rooms,” as we did for the Virtual Burning Man 2020. Anyone is welcome to join at any point within our hours of operation. Our Focus for Sunday 4th April is: Keys

Theme for this FREE offering on SUNDAY 4th April 8-10PM is:
Keys – Release, access, responsibility, security, trust, value, authority, leadership, empowerment…Literally, symbolically and metaphorically keys are part of all our lives and we depend on them to make things work, to get us where we want to go and make decisions that affect the future.

But there’s more. Each of us holds a key to something, regardless of our circumstances and how we feel about ourselves, for it’s about who we are. Just as a key is unique, everyone of us brings to this world things no one else can. Born to discover who we are and our purpose on the earth, we realise we must be true to ourselves, looking for keys to unlock our true potential.

As spiritual people made by a spiritual Creator we are connected to the one who holds the key to life in this realm and the next. We have access to the Spirit of Truth who unlocks the mysteries of heaven, and as we embrace our true identity discover a different way to live…
