Entrance, Therapies and some refreshments are FREE of Charge
On offer to visitors will be a selection of activities and therapies that are designed to support and encourage personal and community wellbeing in the mind, body & spirit.
The menu for the day includes: Hand massage, Dream Interpretation, Positive Words of Insight, Encouragement & Hope, Insight art, Insight Objects & images and various Card readings. There will discussion space, listening area and space for reflection & meditation. A taster session of their Body, Prayer Movement & Blessing maybe be available.
